I am the founder of LIVLoved, a postpartum business that supports new and expectant parents in the Richmond, VA area. I am also the co-founder of "The Momtourage," an online community for mothers. I am a wife and mother of three, through birth and kingship care. My life mission is to nurture the physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual well-being of others by demonstrating love.
