I fell into birth-work when I had first thoughts of becoming a midwife while I was in nursing school. I had a chat with a practicing Midwife who mentioned becoming a doula which I was completely against at first. But after much research, picking a program, and praying I became a doula and it was the best decision I have made! I have now been a doula for almost two years and I love it! I am a postpartum doula, birth doula, sibling doula and bereavement doula. My goal is to help people have a better birth experience in any way possible. And in hopes of soon becoming a midwife!
